The Research On The Humanized Design Of The Old City Community Outdoor Space

The transformation of the old community outdoor space is a very important part of urban renewal. Due to the limitations of historical conditions, outdated and outdoor space functional aging of the design concept, the old community outdoor space has been unable to meet the requirements of the residents of the new era of environmental quality, can not meet the needs of residents living and outdoor activities, so the oldcommunity outdoor space for human transformation is imperative, which is building livable communities, and create the happiest city in the inevitable requirement. To carry out a comprehensive basis of "community improvement" project in Changsha, the paper focuses on how to implement the user-friendly design philosophy and humanistic care in the transformation of the old community.The main findings are as follows:(1)16old community survey visits and questionnaires, and select the two cells of field experience as a case for a long time and on-site analysis, summed up the city’s old community outdoor space problems and the needs of residents according to the survey results and data analysis, which put forward the idea of humanity as clues to the transformation of the old community outdoor space.(2)Established from the two aspects of human needs and humane scale to explain the transformation of outdoor space humane design content; requirements for the safety of residents, privacy needs, the neighborhood communication needs, the needs of field, easy to identify needs and participation requirements6aspects of outdoor space to create a method and design elements; human scale spatial scales and outdoor activities habits explore the relationships and the transformation point of the outdoor space and humane scale;special groups such as the elderly and children outdoorsactivity characteristic and the transformation of the precautions.(3)According to the residential area of public green space,public facilities belongs green road green space and green house next to the house between four green type of user-friendly layout of the outdoor space;explore in green outdoor space, event space,roads and landscape sketch,structures and other environmentalelements of the transformation of design points;proposed multi-functional integration, combining static and dynamic, compatible with different groups of people and time,the clever use of the actual situation defined four user-friendly outdoor space design techniques; transformation in order to build outdoor space humane design theory and methodology.(4)Tian Xin communities Xin Liu Garden District the quality reconstruction design practice, for example, to explore how to apply the transformation of humane design theory and methods to create a humane outdoor space.
