Study On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Humanized Design Of Outdoor Public Space In Placement Cells Of Jintang County, Chengdu

With the process of urbanization and the pace of constructing new social rural county accelerated, the consolidation of rural lands will make more farmers move their homes from farm houses to buildings, and a lot of farmers will leave the farms, which they used to rely on, and live together in the city under the guidance of policy. The placement cell will be one of the main ways to solve the problem of landless farmers’residence. But in the current, settlement of landless farmers hasn’t yet become a separate research project,people are concerned more about whether the building is beautiful or whether the suit is good and so on. While they the problems such as whether the design of the outdoor public space is humane, whether it is suitable for the landless farmers’behavioral psychological characteristics, whether the facilities are completed, or whether the environment is pleasant are rarely concerned, which may lead to the placement cells that have been constructed becoming the new villages in the town or slums.Aiming at solving these problems, the paper summarized the humane design requirements of outdoor public space environment in the units, using the literature review-method and summarized method, and on this basis combining with PSPL research method, behavioral observation method, investigated the situations of the placement cells’outdoor public space environment, the landless farmers’behavior psychological characteristics and the activities’situations of outdoor public space environment in the three placements cells of Jintang County, and find out the unreasonable design of placement cells’outdoor public space environment,and analyze the problems and causes. Meanwhile, this paper summarized the behavioral habits of the residents in daily life and behavioral psychological characteristics in order to understand this group-the landless farmers’requirements of the design of the outdoor public space environment. At last, in terms of the problems in the three placement cells environment and the residents’behavioral psychological characteristics,it summed up the four principles of how to design the human outdoor public space environment:suit measures to the local conditions, combine with the conditions to inprove,Design to lead, To meet the demand and what’s more,it gave some advices on how to design the outdoor public space environmenta:(1)Pay attention to the convenience and hierarchy of road system, the richness of road pavement,and the practicability of the parking lot;(2) project the functionality, compatibility and accessibility of green system;(3) Leisure space should provide more space for the neighborhood association of landless peasants,and meet the orignal special life needs of landless peasants;(4) Safety should be a primary factor of motion space,and also pay attention to improve its participatory and the needs of the elderly and children should be especially considered;(5) Increase the number, quality and the use of seats in outdoor space;(6) Pay attention to constrction of the "home" culture and help landless farmers adapt to the new life environment;(7)community outdoor public facilitie,which are set scientifically and reasonbly, can help landless peasants to form good habits, to make the outdoor public space environment of placement cell to form a virtuous cycle of "sharing".
