Research On The Design Strategy Of Outdoor Activity Space In The Old Community Of Nanchang Based On The Community Pension Model

At present,the trend of aging in China is serious,and the problem of old-age care needs to be resolved.Affected by the traditional Chinese family view,the elderly prefer to provide old-age care at home.The "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan"proposes to improve and perfect the "home-based,community-based,institutional-based supplementary,and medical-care combination" pension service system,which shows the importance of community pension.Community old-age care means that old-age home care in the community not only allows the elderly to enjoy the warmth from the family but also effectively uses the old-age service resources in the community.It has become one of the viable old-age care models in China at this stage.Existing communities,especially old communities,have a large number of old people,and have a strong sense of belonging in the old community.However,the living environment of the old community is generally rudimentary,and the design of outdoor activity spaces is particularly poorly considered:type of activity Problems such as singleness,unclear spatial zoning,and imperfect supporting facilities have seriously affected the quality of life of the elderly and restricted the integrated development of the community.Appropriate outdoor exercise can not only play the role of physical fitness,but also promote the communication between people,which is very conducive to the physical and mental health of the elderly.Therefore,based on the community pension model,this paper will study the outdoor activity space of the old community.Has great practical significance.The research in this article can be broken down into four parts:(1)Research background,through research,we understand that the current aging trend in China is still in the development stage.Under the influence of traditional family views,community pension has obvious advantages,and it is more urgent to improve the construction of old community outdoor activity spaces.The purpose of this study is pointed out And the meaning and define the relevant concepts,clarify the research direction of this article.(2)The research process,which has collated relevant domestic and foreign theoretical studies in detail and analyzed the characteristics of the elderly ’s demand for outdoor activity spaces based on their physical and psychological particularities,providing theoretical support for the research in this article;on the basis of theoretical research A representative old community in Nanchang conducts field surveys to sort out the status of the survey and the results of the questionnaire survey to provide a reference for the research below.(3)Research results,based on the previous research,summarize the current status of outdoor activities in old communities,summarize four design strategies from problem-oriented and demand-oriented,and carry out specific research on each design strategy.(4)Research practice,under the guidance of the design strategy,the renovation design of Hua’an Community in Nanchang City,from the overall planning to the typical outdoor activity space design research,in order to provide a reference for the renovation of the old community outdoor activity space.
