Study On Outdoor Space Renewal Of Old Units Community In Mountainous University Based On Ipaanalysis

In recent years,China’s urban planning and construction has entered the stock planning stage,which is a new stage of urban renewal focusing on the improvement of urban quality and "people-oriented" development.Under the background of urban renewal,as the basic unit of the city,its spatial renewal has extended a diversified research frontier.In the exploration of the renewal of residential environment in mountainous urban communities,the old units community in mountainous University,as a special urban community,is the product of the times under the welfare distribution housing mechanism in the development and evolution of mountainous universities in the last century.Different from the college community dominated by commercial housing after the 21 st century,the space aging and quality degradation of the old community of such units have not received corresponding attention.At this stage,the renewal research process of this kind of community is relatively slow,and the traditional renewal model has not played its corresponding effect.Based on the above background and current situation,this paper takes the outdoor space of the old units community in mountainous University as the research object.Comprehensively consider the common spatial characteristics of the mountainous community,as well as the unique social attribute characteristics affected by the relationship between community and universities.This study involves the construction of the evaluation index system of specific space through IPA analysis,takes the importance of outdoor space elements in the old community of mountain University units as the evaluation measure of this kind of community residential group,and takes its perceived evaluation as the performance measure,so as to associate the importance with performance,and explore the renewal focus and renewal method sui Tab.for this kind of space.The research content of this paper is mainly divided into the following points:(1)Taking Southwest University,which has a rich sample size of old units communities of mountainous University,as the main research site,through the investigation of multiple sample communities with different characteristics under the defined conditions,this paper refines the commonness of the outdoor space of the old units community in mountainous University,combs and summarizes the spatial composition system and material characteristics of outdoor space of such communities.At the same time,based on the characteristics of users and taking age generation as the division basis,establish the spatial behavior activity framework of all age groups,and explore the spatial use characteristics,spatial behavior correlation and spatial demand characteristics of residential groups in the community outdoor space,so as to provide the basis for the construction of IPA analysis and evaluation indicators.(2)Based on field investigation and literature research,32 evaluation indexes sui Tab.for the renewal of outdoor space in this kind of community were selected.And through the form of Likert questionnaire,collect the data of community outdoor space use group importance satisfaction evaluation.On the basis of the original data,use spss26 0 software carries out factor exploratory analysis,summarizes six common factor dimensions of naming activity space elements,traffic flow line elements,greening landscape elements,supporting facilities elements,space atmosphere elements and community development elements,and constructs a targeted IPA evaluation system based on target layer(A)-dimension layer(B)-index layer(C).At the same time,IPA analysis method is used to build the overall and dimensional quadrant model,comprehensively analyze and discuss the current situation of each participating factor,and judge the focus of outdoor space renewal and improvement in the old units community in mountainous University according to the quadrant of the factors in each evaluation dimension.Then it subsequently get the 6 main problems by combining the analysis results of IPA and the discovery of investigation.(3)Based on the analysis results of IPA and the summary of problems,Thus emphasizing the renewal principles of the feasibility principle of the combination of factor indicators and space,the comprehensive principle of the combination of material and non-material,and the development principle of gradual and sustainable,and under the guidance of multidisciplinary theory,this paper constructs the renewal strategy for the outdoor space of the old units community in mountainous University corresponding to six dimensional levels,so as to break through the limitations of the traditional one-way renewal design,Establish a two-way feedback community renewal mechanism.Based on the direction of combining academic theory with practice,this study actively explores the strategies to update the living environment quality of old communities in mountainous colleges and universities.Reflect the humanistic temperature and social importance reflected by the discipline of landscape architecture in paying attention to the problems of old residential environment,so as to achieve the discipline research goal based on discipline and practice.
