The surge of urbanization and industrialization level not only promotes the rapidaccumulation of material wealth, but also pose serious crisis of survival and development.In terms of system, the soared material wealth made some government who indulging init implements predatory economic policies recklessly for the sake of short-term economicbenefits when making decisions. With respect to technology, excessive innovations resultin the alienation of production and consumption mode, meanwhile, it also led to thegradual alienation of the values and consumption conception, with the rapid expansionand widespread of materialism. About humanities, the socio-cultural psychology andethic conception has a secularized trend, the consumerism grows rapidly and highcarbon-consumption becomes a "trend". The alienation of system, technology and evenhumanities continue to deepen, which made the human into an unprecedented crisis ofsurvival. With the energy emissions in transport and the soar of its carbon discharge,which made transport carbon reduction becomes a worldwide hot issue. It graduallybecomes a consensus that the urban low-carbon transport as an effective way of transportcarbon reduction. This study starts from defining the concept of urban low-carbontransport, mining its ecological ethics basis deeply, analyzing its internal commonalitywith Central Plains Economic Region, and the ecological ethics value of the developmentof urban low-carbon transport in Central Plains Economic Region, and its paths. Then thearticle studies on the policy-driven, innovation-driven and humanities driven of the citydomain traffic development in Zhengzhou, and some suggestions for the development ofurban low-carbon transport in Zhengzhou are provided based on the analysis. |
