Vision Of Building Ethics Modern Residence Construct

Venice architecture biennale in 2000 clearly put forward "aesthetics of city,a little less and a little more than ethics" theme."Aesthetics of less,a little more than ethics" revealed another direction of architecture development.In modern times,many architectural theorist is committed to "style" and "genre" looking for etymology or linguistic explanation,but it shows the Venice architecture biennale architecture development and the future is in the process of the transformation of the social and ethical.China now is in the third wave of urbanization,the large-scale urban construction is necessary.In the narrative of the huge building there are a lot of ethical issues.Rural population to cities.With the continuous expansion of city,city construction,fairness and efficiency,the modern context of old and new forms of conflict,environmental pollution and so on brings to the contemporary architectural practice too much on the ethics of thinking.When traditional architectural discipline can not solve the above problem,it is necessary for us from the ethical perspective to re-examine our design.In this paper,the first chapter introduces the origin of the architectural ethics and its related concepts.Section,starting from the historical experience of the ethics of traditional dwelling construction problems were analyzed.Among these,the Confucian ritual thought the impact on the traditional architecture is enormous.Construction,discusses the context of modern residence should abide by the rule of some of the ethical value generally,such as:justice,people-oriented,environmental ethics and so on,and they made a basic explanation.On the sixth chapter is the rule of ethics value into the design,construction behavior for us to provide a meaningful direction,to get a good result.The conclusion of the last part puts forward the view that in full of our residence construction should take into account human settlements,social justice and the balance three aspects of requirements.Design should be a bridge of ideal and reality,to strive to create a more healthy,comfortable and happy way of life.
