Entering into21st century, the state has put a large investment into the rapidly developing aerospace field and initiated many projects. Meantime companies engaging in Space Power Sources of aerospace system are facing heavy and multiple tasks with application of different space power systems, difficult schedule management and resources conflicts. Traditional enterprise project schedule management model couldn’t meet the demands of the needs of development with need to build more models to adapt, develop and produce a multi-volume parallel schedule management mode.In this paper, based on the traditional project schedule management, the idea of the critical chain beam management method is introduced and the schedule management model is set up. We use Godard method to eliminate the safety time, shorten the total time by Critical Chain, determine precedence relationships between projects by AHP, and solve the problem resource conflicts with priority principle. Baware of each project schedule by critical chain beam, set the project buffer and feeding buffer and access real-time monitoring, to determine the percentage of progress of the project progress by buffer consumption compared task to completion percentages. Finally, in the progress of enterprise multi-project management power case for the establishment of the model is validated. Examples prove that managing project schedule by critical chain beam can shorten the time of each progress, and effectively solve the problem of resource conflicts between projects, and buffering settings is also effective against the progress of the project management schedule risk caused by technical problems, the progress of the project have reached the initial schedule target.
