Using the theory of stochastic process to establish the mathematical model to solve theproblem of engineering is a method of simulation experiment, the method it used areprobability theory and statistics theory,ifrstly, build the probability model or system modelthat is similar to the questions need to be solved,secondly,using the computer to realizerandom simulation, ifnally, the result obtained is an analogy solution of a kind of model ifttingmethod. Stochastic process theory suitable for using in various types of complex randomsystem. Therefore,this subject is based on random process theory, studied on the relationshipbetween the automated warehouse and retieval system transfer capacity and the storagecapacity.1.Establishing of random function generatorUsing the theory of stochastic process, uniform distribution, negative exponentialdistribution, normal distribution-all of these are Commonly used random function generator-are developed in the VB software, and the probability law of the generated random numbersequence is inversely certiifcated, in order to ensure that the sequence coincides with theactual survey data.2.The mathematical model of the automatic warehouse transfer operating system isestablished.The relationship of technological characteristics of the automatic warehouse transferoperating system and the storage capacity is studied,and the mathematical model of theautomatic warehouse transfer operating system is established,in order to lay the foundationof determining the appropriate capacity.3.Transit operation system of the automated warehouse simulation software wascompiled.On the basis of mathematical model of automatic warehouse transfer operating system,using the randomizer generated random number sequence in VB and MATLAB software,the automated warehouse transit operation system simulation software is developed.4.Reasonable allocation of the equipments of the automated warehouse transit operation system.According to the automated warehouse transfer temporary storage capacity, the handlingequipments are rationally allocated,the technological parameters, such as: eiffciency ofloading and unloading economy,uitlizaiton rate of equipment,etc,are Optimized,and thestability of the roadway stacker are analyzed.
