As the rapid development of China’s economy, transportation has becomethe lifeblood of the national economic development, and maritime transport hasbecome transport gateway and pillar. The rapid development of modern logisticsindustry puts forward new requirements for port transportation, container systemcan well meet the requirements of high speed, large port traffic. The Soaringthroughput of container terminal, the high energy consumption of containerterminal, and the growing of device tail gas emissions, leads to port containerbecome the terminal energy consumption and Sources of pollution.First of all, based on the analysis of the traditional container loading andunloading transportation process, combining with the characteristics of new typeof container loading and unloading process, The meirts of between the newcontainer loading and unloading transportation scheme and the traditionalcontainer loading and unloading of transport process are analyzed. New type ofloading and unloading transportation scheme can greatly reduce the energyconsumption of container loading and unloading process, improve the efficiencyof loading and unloading, and improve the rationality of container transport.Compare new type of container loading and unloading process scheme with thetraditional transport of container loading and unloading has very good effects.Secondly, the shortcomings of the traditional container port machineryequipment of gantry cranes, container terminal yard tyre crane high energyconsumption, high emission, large noise, which wastes energy andenvironmental pollution, and does not conform to the policy of nationalconstruction "resource saving and environment-friendly society". The paper isabout land bridge, set of trucks, bridge and technical renovation of containerterminal handling machinery, which reduces the energy consumption ofequipment effectively, noise and exhaust emission index, achieve the effect ofenergy conservation and emissions reduction.Finally, combining with the actual situation of qinzhou port containerterminal, the application of queuing theory knowledge in the process of container loading and unloading of various mechanical equipment reasonableproportioning calculation. Application of fuzzy mathematics concept andmethod on the part of the introduction of various equipment of energyconservation and emissions reduction technology combination, evaluationcalculation, the results show that achieve good effect of energy conservation andemissions reduction, in line with the actual situation.
