Research On The Method Of Passengers&Cars Transportation And Design Of Loading/Unloading Equipment For Cars

In order to avoid the disadvantages such as the difficulty to take a taxi, the public transportation faultiness and frequent interchange in the destination city during a long distance travel, passengers usually want to take their own cars to facilitate the travel. However,the road toll costs a lot as well as fuel consumption and it is easy to get tired and cause traffic accidents for a long distance drive travel. On the contrary, railway has advantage in the long-distance transportation. Therefore, this thesis conceive that the railway can efficiently transport passengers and their cars at the same time through construct a new transport model.After analysis characteristics of passenger transportation and car transportation of the railway, the method of passenger & automobile integrated transportation based on passenger transport mode is put forward, in this mode, passenger wagon and car wagon are fixed coupling, operating as the organization of normal passenger trains, which can transport passengers and their cars efficiently. Firstly, the passenger & automobile integrated transportation based on passenger transport mode is studied, special loading/unloading way for cars under the model is introduced from the device arrangement level: loading/unloading cars from the side of car wagon with loading/unloading equipment placed in the platform through reconstructing car wagon and disposing loading/unloading equipment. Finally, the mechanical structure and control system are designed with car loading/unloading equipment as the research object.The main work of this thesis focus on the following two aspects:1. The research on the method of passenger & automobile integrated transportation based on passenger transportation model. In the integration of people and cars, incorporating two different kinds of transported objects is the promise of integral transportation,constructing reasonable transportation system is the guarantee of integral transportation. The way that endowing the car with passenger’s characters to achieve unity and the content of constructing integral transportation system are illustrated in this thesis, the design requirements about loading/unloading equipment and car wagon under the model of integral transportation are also introduced.2. The design of loading/unloading equipment for cars. The mechanical structure and control system of equipment are designed according to requirement of passenger& automobileintegrated transportation. Mechanical structure can fulfill the requirement that taking cars into car wagon from the side. PLC is the main controller in control system and HMI is used to display states of equipment and modify control parameters embedded in system.
