The Research Of CBH Real Estate Company Design Management On Business Process Improvement

Design management of Real estate is one of the most important contents in thewhole life cycle of construction project management. Whether well or bad does thedesign management of Real estate, directly affects the realization of value creationand comprehensive benefits. Currently the real estate enterprises of China are facingthe evolution of the fierce competition,most companies are starting to adjustdevelopment strategy,and strengthen internal management standardization, in orderto achieving the goal of sustainable development of the enterprise.Business process improvement (BPI) has become one of the highlights inmanagement research at home and abroad. The theory and technical methods havebeen used widely in the field of industrial manufacturing, so the mature managementsystem will have far-reaching influence on our country real estate industry. As aresult, the paper introduces the theory of BPI to the design management of realestate, and make a research on design management process combining with thepresent situation of the CBH real estate companies.First of all, the thesis introduces the necessity of process improvementimplemented by real estate enterprise and related theories,which laid the theoreticalbasis for CBH company. Secondly, the present situation of CBH company isanalyzed, including describes the existing problems of the organizational structure,and build the organization mode of “function and process type” based on theprocess of organization theory. Then, the paper describes the present situation oforiginal design management process of CBH company,and uses the fishbonediagram method to analyze.The six methods of process improvement are applied tooptimize the original design management process of CBH company,and build theeight processes of design department selection,conceptual design management andso on.Finally,in order to ensure the successful implement of the new designmanagement process of CBH company,the paper takes supporting measures frommanagement system, information technology and enterprise culture.
