Nowadays, the real estate market is booming, and the building process of real estate projects is not only a manufacturing process in traditional sense, but also a pursuit of fund operational efficiency of real estate finance. Many real estate developers have tried to optimize the internal management processes so that the construction progress of the project can be controlled by them. Under this situation, schedule management of real estate projects plays a pivotal role in the overall development plan and financial security of developing housing building projects. But in the development and construction process of real estate, many organizations are involved in this process and in many aspects, which have resulted in the consequence that the actual project can not be successfully completed and meet the predetermined schedule goals.All in all, this phenomenon is caused by improper project schedule management. As a construction unit, how to coordinate project stakeholders and make them share the same objectives to ensure the completion of the construction project on scheduled time is worthy of further study. Based on this, this paper firstly discusses schedule management problems in the construction, and then introduces the supply chain management theory into the study of the schedule management progress of the project to build the project schedule control system. Moreover, through effective coordination and management of various stakeholders, the problems of schedule management in real estate development projects will be solved.This paper has summarized supply chain theory, project schedule management theory, project supply chain theory and ERP theory from the aspect of project schedule control. Using case analysis study and takes Hongrun housing estate as an example, this paper has analyzed the status of the project schedule management and found out many problems in the process of construction, for example, construction delay encountered in the preliminary design phase, construction phase and the final phase respectively.According to the existing problems, the relationship of various stakeholders involved in project construction is clarified and the parties involved are regarded as cooperation partners instead of individual separate interest entities. Then this paper has employed supply chain theory to carry out coordination and management of project stakeholders from three aspects--progress monitoring, error analysis and program adjustment, and structured the equation model about the construction schedule objective and partners involved and also achieved the partnership evaluation function by ERP system. Through system integration, all units involved have achieved a common understanding of construction goals from various stages, which further improves the completion probability of the project within the established program objectives.Schedule control system of real estate construction project under supply chain management mode established by the paper significantly reduces the difficulty of the coordinating management work of the various stakeholders of the project. Moreover, this paper provides new theoretical research results for schedule management research of real estate project, and also offers some certain theoretical guidance for schedule management practices in real estate projects.
