Finally, the procedure of contract management of Ningxia TieFagroup real estate development projects are optimized, and put forward the suggestions on improving the weak links in the contract risk prevention, so as to improve the Ningxia TieFagroup company contract management level, to ensure the smooth expansion of its business activities to. The research conclusions of this paper will be of some reference to the contract management of the real estate development enterprises in our country.
