Research On Design Quality Management Of H Real Estate Company

The real estate industry has occupied a large share of China's GDP for many years,which has promoted the development of national economy and is one of China's pillar industries.With the continuous introduction of national macro-control,real estate enterprises began to move from the stage of high-speed expansion to a new stage of overall quality improvement.In the overall downward environment of the industry,how to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises in the industry by improving the level of design quality management to ensure the survival and development of enterprises is an important problem faced by Chinese real estate enterprises.There are few researches on design quality management based on the perspective of real estate enterprises in China.The purpose of this paper is to further enrich the research in the field of design quality management of real estate enterprises and improve the theoretical content of Civil architecture design quality control.Based on the research of design quality management at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of "fast turnover" mode of H company,the research on design quality management of H company is carried out.First of all,using the methods of literature research ? expert interview and questionnaire to identify,classify and revise the factors that affect the design quality of H company,as the basis for the establishment of the model and analysis.On this basis,the expert scoring method is used to select the main influencing factors,and the completed project data is used to carry out statistical analysis to improve and revise the influencing factors.At last,the model between design quality and influencing factors is built by ISM interpretive structural model analysis method,and the corresponding analysis is completed,and the final research conclusion is drawn.According to the research conclusion,the relevant measures to improve design quality management are formulated from four aspects of management(organization,planning,leadership and control).The research of this paper enriches the research of design quality management of real estate enterprises under the "fast turnover" mode,and provides reference methods and solutions for companies in the same industry to study how to solve the design quality problems of their own enterprises.
