Because of the sanitary sewage of HaiTaoNan village and the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater discharged by the cowhuose ecology park next to the village in crescent moon lake town located in YinChuan, centre of NingXia province, does not have an effective way to solve, which affect the village officers to declare green building plans. Aiming at this problem, tecenology of the Septic tank+artificial wetland and the Hydrolysis acidification pool+A/O pool process design and economic evaluation analysis were analyzed. And have found the applicative technology. The results have important significance for the demonstration promotion of the green building technology in rural area and green farming technology in NingXia. Now the main research results summarized as follows:(1)The design of the green building area livestock and poultry breeding wastewater and a technology evaluation was done. Combined with the local actual situation, and the characteristics of the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater treatment, chooses tow sets of livestock and poultry breeding wastewater treatment projects. Project1si the Septic tank+artificial wetland technology. The specific technological process is:waste water-grille pool-floating pool-septic tanks-artificial wetland-the second pond-discharge; Project2is the Hydrolysis acidification pool+A/O pool technology. The specific technological process is:waste water-grille pool-hydrolysis acidification pool-A level biochemical pool-O level biochemical pool-the second pond-BAF pool-disinfection recycling pool-emissions:The arrangement of a set of HaiTaoNa village sewage drainage pipe system lead the Collection of sewage to the livestock and poultry breeding wastewater system. The tecenology evaluations for the two projects show that two kinds of process can ensure the effluent water quality and water quantity. The quality of the effluent water conforms to the Irrigation water quality standards (GB5084-2005) in the rainfed standards, and can be wsed for irrigation and afforestation.(2)The economic evaluation analysis of the tecenology of the Septic tank+artificial wetland (Project1)and the Hydrolysis acidification pool+A/O pool(Project2)show that the net present value of project2>project1>0, the benefit-cost ratio of project2(1.22)>project1(1.14)>1. Therefore, make sure that project1is the better tecenology project.The research results screen out a suitable tecenology project for dairy livestock wastewater and rural life sewage water treatment combination through technological design process and economic evaluation. And the results can provide theoretical and technical basis for the rural green building water treatment in northwest China.
