Investigation On Satisfaction Of Livestock And Poultry Farmers Participating In Waste Recycling Project In Fumeng County

China is a large agricultural country,and issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the focus of national development.Based on the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,China proposes the great strategic goal of rural revitalization,and makes active exploration for the realization of "strong agriculture,beautiful rural areas and rich farmers".Among them,improving the rural agricultural production environment is the focus of the rural revitalization strategy,which is also mentioned in the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee every year.Livestock and poultry breeding waste is the main source of pollution in rural areas,which affects rural air,water and land resources to varying degrees.The resource utilization project of livestock and poultry waste in Fu meng County is currently a representative resource utilization project combining cultivation and breeding,which has a very important impact on the rural ecological construction.The promotion experience of this project can also provide an important reference for the ecological construction of various regions.To this end,this paper chooses the resource utilization mode of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Fu meng County as the research topic,in order to better realize the transformation and utilization of rural waste resources,improve the degree of recycling resources,promote the sustainable development of rural industry,and realize the modernization level of agricultural production.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the promotion of resource utilization mode of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Fu meng County by means of field visit and questionnaire survey.This paper is divided into six parts.In the first part,the research background and relevant situations at home and abroad are sorted out to determine the research direction of this paper.The second part of this article studies to take a combination of theory and practice,combining with the national sustainable development,ecological economy and circular economy theory,based on the realization of ecological benefit,economic benefit and social benefit,for livestock and poultry breeding waste recycling use illustrates the related concepts and theories,laying the theoretical basis.The third part is the introduction of the resource utilization project of livestock and poultry breeding waste in Fu meng County.The fourth part of the survey scheme design and descriptive statistical analysis.The fifth part is the thinking of countermeasures and Suggestions for the implementation of the mode of resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste in Fu meng County,so as to better realize the application and implementation of this mode.That is to achieve scientific and systematic project promotion top-level design;Improve the communication mechanism of publicity,publicity and feedback;Innovation policy,capital supporting guarantee service;Promote the resource allocation efficiency of livestock and poultry waste disposal mode;Improve the processing technology of livestock and poultry waste.Optimize and adjust the operation effect of this mode.To provide farmers with sufficient productive security and support,so as to maximize the increase in farmers’ income and improve the breeding environment.The sixth part is a summary.
