Livestock and poultry breeding has always been an important part of China’s agricultural production.In recent years,in order to meet the growing market demand,the breeding scale is getting larger and larger,the yield is also increasing.Due to the lack of scientific treatment methods and awareness of environmental protection,many farms with incomplete supporting facilities for manure treatment randomly dispose of livestock and poultry manure produced by breeding,causing serious environmental pollution to the local air and water quality,which not only affects the healthy life of villagers,but also goes against the green development of rural farming.Therefore,the treatment of livestock manure pollution is crucial to the development of the whole agricultural production.Animal waste is used to benefit,discard is waste.In recent years,all parts of the country are changing the concept of development,research and development of applicable technology,exploration and comprehensive utilization,and constantly promote the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste.It is beneficial to the sustainable development of breeding industry and planting industry,conforms to the concept of sustainable development,and solves the problem of pollution.In this paper,according to the theory of environmental carrying capacity and sustainable development theory,the circulation economic theory and other related theory as the foundation,through the combination of quantitative and qualitative methods,area in Jiangsu Dafeng rural basic situation of livestock and poultry waste comprehensive treatment as the starting point,in the present stage Dafeng area of livestock and poultry waste comprehensive treatment project status as a breakthrough point for this paper.Through a large number of local government and related departments of all kinds of livestock and poultry statistical yearbook to obtain the relevant data,Dafeng district breeding background is briefly described.This paper makes a brief analysis of the current model of Dafeng district,and analyzes the existing main problems such as scene problems,economic problems,environmental problems,power grid connection problems,and so on.Under the background of the existing policies and the construction of local facilities,it is concluded that the current effective mode for the treatment of livestock and poultry feces in Dafeng area is the biogas combined heat and power model,which can not only solve the problem of livestock and poultry feces pollution in Dafeng area,but also bring considerable economic benefits.It is found that the basic conditions of each farm in Dafeng district are uneven,and the level of harmless treatment of livestock and poultry manure is at a low stage.Livestock and poultry manure is a valuable resource misplaced,in the future there is a large market space;the treatment model of livestock and poultry manure should be adapted to local conditions,and should not be mechanically copied from other regional models;the treatment of livestock and poultry manure whether economic benefits or environmental protection benefits have a high investment value.For the above problems,the author puts forward the following Suggestions as a reference for the treatment of livestock and poultry feces in rural areas.The regulatory authorities should strengthen the approval of the construction of livestock farms and strictly control the excrement discharge from the source.The government should advocate diversified forms to maximize the use of livestock manure,and actively guide scientific breeding,scientific management;Increase the farm to fecal pollution harmless disinfection treatment;To limit the scale of livestock farms and not exceed the local absorption capacity and environmental carrying capacity,policies should be strongly supported to comprehensively promote the reward and compensation measures for the treatment of feces and sewage,and establish the protection measures for the treatment industry.From the perspective of governance model and policy support,it is hoped that the research of this paper can provide useful reference for the green development of livestock and poultry breeding in Dafeng district and all over the country and the resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste. |
