Investigation Report On Livestock And Poultry Manure Treatment In Rural Areas Of Wafangdian Cit

The livestock and poultry breeding industry is an important pillar to assist in rural revitalization and increase farmers’ income.With the expansion of the scale of livestock and poultry breeding industry,the large amount of feces produced by livestock and poultry breeding industry has also caused the deterioration of environmental issues to a certain extent.In order to promote the green and high-quality development of the livestock and poultry industry,the General Office of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Recycling and Utilization of Livestock and Poultry Breeding Wastes".According to the national and provincial deployment requirements,in order to strengthen the prevention and control of livestock and poultry breeding pollution,improve the ecological environment,and ensure the health of the people,Wafangdian City has formulated relevant policies for the development of animal husbandry,which has promoted the healthy development of the livestock and poultry breeding industry in Wafangdian City to a certain extent,However,in reality,there is still a phenomenon of environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry manure.Research on the treatment of livestock and poultry manure can not only solve the environmental pollution problem,but also increase economic benefits.Through investigation and research,using literature research methods,field research methods,and other methods,combined with ecological economics theory,circular economics theory,and sustainable development theory,this article conducted a relatively specific investigation of the current situation of livestock and poultry breeding and manure treatment in Wafangdian City,as well as the situation of livestock and poultry breeding manure treatment in Wafangdian City.Based on the analysis of the investigation results,it was found that in the process of treating rural livestock and poultry manure in Wafangdian City,There are related issues such as incomplete planning for livestock and poultry manure treatment,low level of specialization in manure treatment,inadequate supervision of livestock and poultry manure treatment,and insufficient understanding of livestock and poultry manure treatment.Through research,it is found that the main reasons are the insufficient play of the leading role of the government,the failure to form an effective socialized operation model,the imperfect regulatory system for livestock and poultry manure treatment,and the weak environmental awareness of livestock and poultry breeding entities.Therefore,based on the actual situation of livestock and poultry breeding in Wafangdian City,this article proposes specific solutions in terms of government role,socialized operation,supervision and management system,and environmental awareness of breeding subjects.I hope that the relevant research in this article can solve the practical problems in the treatment of livestock and poultry manure in Wafangdian City,and also provide reference for further research on the healthy and sustainable development of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Wafangdian City.
