It is affected for declaration of the green building that sewage can not be effectively treated in Hongde of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. This paper deals with the problem for the sewage of Hongde village. On the basis of investigation and analysis of water quality, water features and green building sewage treatment of green buildings in Hongde of Ningxia, analyze the design and economic evaluation of underground percolation and artificial wetland for-Dispersed rural green building sewage treatment. Determine the applicable technology for green building decentralized sewage treatment in rural areas of Ningxia. This research solves promotes the region’s economic and social sustainable development which is of great significance. The main research results are summarized as follows:1. According to the actual situation of Hongde’s green building, design the subsurface infiltration filter technology and artificial wetland technology which is suitable for the local rural life sewage treatment technology of green building. The main technological process respectively are the water→grille pool→anaerobic filter→subsurface infiltration system→effluent and the water→grille pool→level three artificial wetland system→effluent. And conducted a technical evaluation of the two processes. The results show that:the two processes can ensure water quality and quantity. Water quality which is used to irrigation meets "Irrigation Water Quality Standards"(GB5084-2005).See attached diagram preliminary design.2. Two kinds of sewage treatment technologies for the corresponding economic evaluation, both from an economic point of view the process of two technical solutions were comprehensively analyzed and conclusions drawn:From a technical point of view the process, the two methods can ensure water the quality and quantity; In the value of index analysis, the NPV of infiltration filter technology (A scheme)> the NPV of artificial wetland technology (B scheme)>0, the benefit-cost ratio of A scheme (2.20)> the benefit-cost ratio of B scheme (2.00)>1; in temporal index analysis method, the dynamic investment pay-back period of A scheme (2.61)<the dynamic investment pay-back period of B scheme (2.86), so choose the infiltration filter technology. This research results filtrate the technology solutions of Hongde’s dispersible sewage treatment by technical process design and economic evaluation. It provides a theoretical and technical basis for Northwest Rural green building decentralized sewage treatment.
