Studies On Diversity Of The Plants In Shahu Nature Reserve, Ningxia, China

In order to strengthen the protection of the diversity of Shahu Nature Reserve plants and sustainable use of local plants resources. Through the field investigation in plant resources from2011to2012, objective analysis the status of plant resources in Shahu Nature Reserve. And finished system research and evaluation, including diversity of plant, floristic composition, community type and the state of utilization of plant resources in Shahu Nature Reserve. The main results obtained are as follows:(1) The vascular plants include162species belonging to124genera and48families at Shahu Nature Reserve (including sub-species and varieties). Introduction of cultivated plants13species, belonging to11genera and10families. Of all the vascular plants, there is only1families,1genera,1species fern plant; there are6gymnosperm species belonging to5genera and2families, and there are155angiosperm species belonging to118genera and45families. And Phytoplankton include8divisions,94genera and117species.(2) In the Seeds plants of47families, the big families containing more than10species having4families56genera72species, accounted for the total number of44.7percent in Shahu Nature Reserve. The Seeds plants can be divided into5types and2sub-types by modern flora branch distribution types.(3) In the Seeds plants of123genera, there are95genera including1species,it was the most covered77.2%of the total genera,59%of the total families. According to types divided opinion of Wu Zhengyi and Wang Hesheng seed plants in China’s distribution region, the types of genera can be divided into13types and9sub-types.(4) The features of seed plants region in Shahu Nature Reserve, mainly manifested that the region is a gathering place for a variety of flora; in composed of plant families and genera, species distribution is simple and flora relatively fragile; and the majority of plants is salinization plant; the temperate nature of the flora is obviously.(5) The vegetation of Shahu Nature Reserve can be divided into3type groups(including broadleaf forest, desert vegetation,swap and aquatic vegetation).4vegetation types(including deciduou broad-leaved forest,halophytic vegetation, psammophilous vegetation and aquatic vegetation) and13formation,35association.(6)The plant of life forms is variety in Shahu Nature Reserve. It can be divided4types. Arbors、 frutices and suffrutices、herbs and aquatic plant. It contains species and ratio of column have differences. In utilization of plant resources, the mainly two types are Forage plants and medical plants. Although the number and distribution of Ornamental and environmental greening is small in the protected area, its soil and water conservatio ability outstanding. Such as Phragmites australis and Juncellus serotinus(Rottb..)C.B.Clarke.and also other monocotyledon, has the very vital significance to maintain the balance of ecological environment.(7) Completed the diversity catalog of plant species in Shahu Nature Reserve.(8) Shahu Nature Reserve as a national5A class tourist area, the ecological environment has also suffered a great challenge with increasing tourists. For the deterioration of the environment and other issues, take the road of sustainable development is an inevitable choice. In view of this, the effective protection must be used.
