Research On Marine Industries Development Countermeasure Of Guangxi Beibu Gulf

Guangxi Beibu Gulf is located in the northwest of South China Sea,relying on southwest China,facing southeast asia. Beibu Gulf is not only a grand passage for Southwest China,but also a connection of ASEAN land bridge. The strategic position of Beibu Gulf is prominent,for owning rich resources,such as biology,port,mineral,tourism,oil and gas.According to The Suggestions of Emerging Strategic Industry Development, the government of Guangxi listed marine industry into the top ten key development industry. In the year of2013, the State Council issued The Twelfth Five-Year Plan for National Marine Economic Development,listed the marine industry of Beibu Gulf into national strategic planning. Marine industry of Beibu Gulf is facing great opportunities.At present, the marine industry in Beibu Gulf is still in the stage of primary extensive development and utilization, existing full-category industries,but mainly focus on traditional industries,which is disproportional to the ocean resource endowment,location advantage and development opportunity of Beibu Gulf region. How to carry forward structure optimization of marine industry, speed up the transformation and upgrading of the marine industry, promote the coordinated development of the marine economy is the main problem in the development of the Beibu Gulf marine industry. The growth pole theory generally used to research the industrial development in underdeveloped areas by giving priority to the development of strong innovation relevance, scale, advantage industry, exploiting multiplier effect, polarization effect, diffusion effect of the growth pole mode, promote the optimization and upgrading of the whole industry.This thesis is divided into four parts. At first, explain the current situation of marine resources and industries in the Beibu Gulf by using the method of comparative analysis, benefit analysis, variation analysis method and value prediction to analysis the development of marine industry in Beibu Gulf. And then, use input-output method and Frobenius feature analysis to specific analysis the unbalance of Beibu Gulf marine industries from the aspects of association and influence. Point out the necessary to adjust the marine industrial structure of Beibu Gulf. Next, according to the specific situation of marine industry in the Beibu Gulf, use the growth pole theory, through the factor analysis, cluster analysis and qualitative analysis, to choose the leading marine industries of Beibu Gulf. At last,explore the countermeasures of leading marine industries development in Beibu Gulf by the growth pole development mode.
