Since the beginning of the21stcentury, with the high development of economy, realtyindustry in China has made great strides forward, so that we can say real estate hold thebalance of the national economy. Due to the high excessive profit the realty industry gatheredand the fast development, more and more small and medium-sized real estate enterprises haveemerged, most of which are private enterprises. By the limit of the development strategy,business type and the degree of specialization, these enterprises don’t pay much attention tothe human resources planning, performance evaluation, compensation management andtraining management. Coupled with the less human resources input and the poor staffmanagement, it reduces the job satisfaction of staff, especial the sales employees, which madethem choose to leave and restrict the further development of the enterprises.Using the questionnaire survey, this article do the empirical research on the connectionbetween organization responsibility and job satisfaction, taking real estate sales staff in W realestate company as object description. The results indicate that the perceived organizationresponsibility of sales employees in W company is on average level, so does the jobsatisfaction. Moreover, the realization degree of organization responsibility is positivelycorrelated with job satisfaction. In the constituent factor of organization responsibility, wefind that the developmental responsibility has a bigger impact on the job satisfaction and therelational responsibility has a smaller impact on the job satisfaction.Then, according to the results above, the author explores the underlying causes thatimpact the real estate sales staff’s job satisfaction and reveal the internal mechanism aboutthat how the three factors of organization responsibility influent job satisfaction. Through this,we can make useful proposals to improve the employee’s job satisfaction for the W companyfrom the organization responsibility, enhance the company’s competitiveness and offer thehuman resource protection for the high economic returns.
