In the globalization of economic development today,with the exchange of various cultural ideas,corporate social responsibility has become a concept of increasing concern in all walks of life.In recent years,the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council has attached great importance to corporate social responsibility and clearly stated that by 2020,China's state-owned enterprises will have significantly enhanced their comprehensive value-added social responsibility capabilities,significantly improved social communication capabilities and operational transparency,and mature management systems.State-owned enterprises in China are an important material basis and political foundation for socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the background of a comprehensive victory over a well-to-do society and socialism with Chinese characteristics,state-owned enterprises,which are the main players in the market,actively fulfill their social responsibilities,and are responsible for shareholders and consumption.Individuals,employees,communities,and other stakeholders and environmental responsibilities are exemplary in society as a whole.With the development of the global economy and the advancement of science and technology,the competition among enterprises has increasingly become a competition for talented people.The emphasis on people has become the most important aspect of the survival of related enterprises.Employees are the company's core stakeholders.Compared to external stakeholders,companies must first assume responsibility for their employees.At present,China's economic and social development has entered a new normal state,the growth rate of electric power has slowed down,the reform of the power system has continued to deepen,and competition for talents has become increasingly fierce.The power companies have fulfilled their social responsibilities,attached importance to the maintenance of employees' rights and interests and the growth of employees,and promoted the coordinated development of employees and employees.In the past,empirical and theoretical studies mostly focused on the social and corporate perspectives,studied the impact of corporate social responsibility on corporate interests,and combined the characteristics of the industry to study the social responsibility of employees.This article focuses on the analysis and research of the company's relevant literature on employees' social responsibility and employee satisfaction,and adopts qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze the state-owned enterprises' social responsibility and employee satisfaction.This article analyzes the status quo of China Huadian Group Co.,Ltd.in fulfilling its employees' social responsibilities and employee satisfaction,builds a model of the relationship between state-owned power generation companies on employee social responsibility and employee satisfaction,and designs questionnaires,and then selected some units of China Huadian Group Co.,Ltd.as the survey objects.Questionnaire surveys were conducted,and statistical analysis software SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 were used for data processing.The structural equation model was used to obtain the path coefficients between the dimensions and the relationship between the employees' social responsibility and employee satisfaction was verified.The results of the study show that state-owned power generation companies have a significant impact on employees' social responsibility on employee satisfaction.Among them,moral responsibility has the greatest impact,followed by development commitment and economic responsibility,while legal responsibility has the smallest impact,and it is mainly due to employee internal satisfaction.influences.According to this conclusion,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve employee satisfaction and promote the coordinated development of the company and employees.
