| In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of human capital has gradually gone beyond the role as merely material capital. A better exploitation of the value of human resources has become an important source of competitive advantage. As a new generation of employees has emerged to be the backbone of enterprises, it is urgent to set the index of employee satisfaction as a wind vane to capture their differentiated needs. By doing so, enterprises will be able to effectively reduce the cost of human resources and increase the operating efficiency to take initiatives in the fierce market competition. In the study of JL Company’s employee satisfaction through dynamic monitor, a more comprehensive conclusion has been obtained by optimizing the questionnaire design, improving the research process, employing various statistical techniques such as multiple regression analysis and factor verification analysis. The main founding shows that in an increasingly competitive environment, the overall satisfaction of JL Company employees is at a high level, but satisfaction varies on different dimensions among difference groups, pointing out areas where improvement is desired. In addition, three variables---corporate culture, work and working environment, leadership and management---have significant impact on the general satisfaction of employees, highlighting key issues to be addressed. Finally, some suggestions on methods to carry out and improve employee satisfaction surveys are put forward. |
