Employee satisfaction is the important contents of enterprise human resource management and given more and more attention. In recent years, academic research on employee's satisfaction in various trades and professions has gradually increased, however, managerial research on employees of automobile sales enterprises is still in the initial stage. In this paper, we can provide the basis for empirical research on employee satisfaction of other similar automobile sales enterprises by enriching the research and practice of HH Group employee satisfaction.This paper takes HH Group as a research object, and designs the employee satisfaction questionnaire by referring a large number of domestic and foreign literatures on employee satisfaction, and consulting industry experts and senior management, with the consideration of HH Group's own industry and enterprise human resource characteristics. The questionnaire includes three parts: participants background, job satisfaction, and recent intention to quit. Participants background includes gender, age, education, length of service, job type, monthly income, and 4s shop. Job satisfaction includes system regulation, environment, work competency, satisfaction with managers, interpersonal communication, job benefits, career development and social identity. Based on the questionnaires, I conclude that: first, the general level of employee satisfaction of HH group(3.23 ± 1.15), is higher than the national average satisfaction degree of employees, the average satisfaction degree of the construction and implementation of management system, the average satisfaction degree of career development and social returns and the average satisfaction degree of job satisfaction with the communication environment. Meanwhile, the general level of employee satisfaction of HH group is below the national average satisfaction degree of company policies and compensation system. Second, the overall satisfaction of different project employees is different. The job satisfaction of the female is higher than the male's. The satisfaction degree for employees at different ages is different. As employees are working longer, the distribution of the satisfaction degree of employees will be showed as W type distribution. The differences of employees in factors such as age, education background, length of service and 4S shop brand are of no statistical significance to the difference of the overall satisfaction degree. According to the findings of the questionnaire survey, further analyze the objective of the specialized study, and propose effective countermeasures and suggestions for enhancing employee satisfaction:(1)Making the management pay more attention to employee satisfaction;(2)Improving compensation structure and benefit system;(3)Attaching importance to aligning the employee's career plans and the development strategy of the enterprise;(4) Establishing perfect discipline and incentive mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of the employees. Establish and perfect the discipline and incentive mechanism to enhance the enthusiasm of the employees and to optimize employee management of HH Group in order to provide effective support to human resources development of HH Group.
