The discretion of the employee job satisfaction is very important to promote the development of high benefit of organization if job satisfaction was low,on the one hand,will hit the organization members work enthusiasm,also lags behind the employee's individual career planning schedule standing in the enterprise long-term development perspective,should notice to understand the employee's job satisfaction is not only beneficial to the enterprise to master effective work to the staff,at the same time to do a good job within the enterprise human resources management also has the vital significance Therefore,the improvement of employees' job satisfaction will greatly enhance the working atmosphere of the enterprise,drive employees to keep full of spirit and increase organizational efficiency,so as to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise.There are many factors affecting employee job satisfaction,and different scholars at home and abroad have their own different studies on it.On the premise of referring to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,they also conduct research based on maslow's demand theory,expectation theory,two-factor theory and equity theory.To JY real estate companies as the research object,this paper JY real estate company's employee satisfaction from the work itself,growth and career development,working environment,work reward,enterprise management and enterprise management from six aspects to design problems,through the questionnaire survey and data analysis,it is concluded that JY real estate company staff to the enterprise growth and career development and management,working environment,job reward satisfaction relative to the work itself and the satisfaction degree of the enterprise management is low,at the same time according to different age,different SiLing,different positions and the out-of-town employees in the satisfaction of different dimensions are studied,It is concluded that employees aged 40-49,3-5 years,middle management and non-local employees have low satisfaction,and JY real estate company needs to pay special attention to these four working groups.Finally,some Suggestions and methods are put forward to solve the problems of employee satisfaction in JY real estate company.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts:the first part is the theoretical basis;The second part is the empirical analysis of the survey results of JY real estate company.The third part analyzes the existing problems and causes of employee satisfaction of JY real estate company.The fourth part is Suggestions and measures to improve employee satisfaction of JY real estate company.
