Also raised specific safeguards:(1) strengthen enterprise management, improve the quality of enterprise; focus on market research and marketing planning;(3) Strengthen the construction of marketing information; training enterprise culture construction;5. Strengthen rural Electricity Regulatory services, establish the electricity regulatory service system in rural areas; building suitable for China’s rural electrification universal service mechanisms for cooperation between government and enterprises.The results of the study not only solved the problem of Lanzhou rural power company marketing awareness is not strong, clear positioning inappropriate ways and means, and the less developed areas of the power supply enterprise also has a certain significance.
