Innovating power marketing strategy is not only adapt to the need of electric power market reform in China, but also can promote the requirements of rapid development for power supply enterprise. Therefore, this article takes a county-level power supply enterprises as the research object. It studies the strategy innovations for electric power marketing, and the selected topic has an important theoretical significance and practical value.First of all, with the help of a general theory of marketing, the meaning, characteristics and the general pattern of electric power marketing is analyzed. It laids a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly, combining with theregional economic and social development situation in Zhuji area, the load history characteristics of Zhuji area is analyzed, the load distribution of Zhuji area is revealled.Then, the power load is forecasted by utilizing the method of monadic regression fitting of Zhuji area in the next five years. And all industries and the whole society power consumption for the future five years are forecasted from low, medium and high three kinds of different growth.Then, taking Zhuji power supply company as the research object, on the basis of discussion the management present situation and completed indicators of electric power marketing, the paper analyzes the current situation of the electric power marketing.Finally, in view of the problems existing in the electric power marketing of Zhuji power supply company, the total electric power marketing objectives and specific goals in Zhuji power supply company are determined, and the overall train of thought of the power marketing for Zhuji power supply company are built. The electric power marketing strategies of Zhuji power supply company are presented.This study adoptes a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, it not only pays attention to revealling the electric power marketing present situation and problems of county power supply enterprise from the qualitative aspect, but also determines the load and power prediction data by quantitative analysis. The research results in the article can provide an important basis for the power supply enterprise at the county level power marketing work.
