The Application Analysis Of Information Resources Management In MAE Of CSCEC

With the development of science and technology, the enterprise of our country faces the challenge of internationalization, Chinese Construction Company are no exception. Especially the construction enterprises of our country to the international project contracting market, participate in international competition.Construction project management of the construction industry to a higher level.We have no choice to increase information resource management because of the competition of the market, risk control, quality assurance, cost reduction etc. Therefore, it is essential that applied the IRM to the international project management.Dissertation through the integrated use of case study, experience summary, literature and comparative analysis.The analysis of current project related information resources management, using comparative analysis method to analyze its main problems, and through case studies, experience, literature and other methods to improve MAE project platform of information resource management.Based on the review of domestic, international and EPC projects situation in information resources management, and MAE project based on the present situation of information resource management, analyzes the CSCEC Corporation and MAE problems existing in the management of project information resources.Put forward use PDCA method in the IM and to reduce construction costs, improve market competitiveness, in order to strengthen the management of project information resources sharing, is advantageous for the company organization and management, for employees to grow, and is suitable for CSCEC and MAE project standard of information resource management scheme.According to paper analysis, to improve the efficiency of the project information resource management, information resource management system must be established or departments, to standardize the project information resource management plan, improve the quality of information resource management of project services, ultimately achieve the goal of appreciation for the project.
