Problems And Countermeasures Of Information System In Budget Management Of International Project Contracting Project Of Foreign Trade And Economic Cooperation-C Company As An Example

With the “One Belt,One Road” strategy,the national fundamental strategy,the number and scale of international projects of Chinese enterprises have been increasing year by year.As the first batch of enterprises that carry out engineering contracting business overseas,Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation has also had great increasing in international engineering contracting business.However,with the development of the project scale and the number of projects,the level of using project management information system,which is relatively lagging behind by the Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation,has restricted the management level of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation's international engineering contracting business.This paper analyzes the status quo of the informatization of the budget management of the international project contracting of foreign trade window company,The paper analyzes and summarizes four types of problems,which is the construction of project budget management system,standardization construction,system implementation and information system application,and proposes the system construction strategy,system planning and standardization strategy,system investment and promotion strategy,synergistic integration strategy.,and system construction strategy.Taking the project management information system construction of the typical Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation C as an example,the main business process,core functions,module characteristics and interaction relationship of the company-level project budget management information system are analyzed in detail.The main research results obtained in this paper are: the principle of construction of the project budget management information system of the foreign trade window company is put forward,and the contract management is the main line,with the capital/budget management as the core and taking into account the modules of customer management,credit management and financial instrument center.Corporate level integrated business management system architecture.Based on this,the paper puts forward three suggestions for the construction of the information system of the foreign trade window company.
