Project management is one of the core competitiveness of international general contractors.How to carry out the project management capacity building,evaluate the effect of capacity building,continue improving project management ability,is an important issue of enterprise development.Paper research on an international general contractor(hereinafter referred to as A Company)project management capacity building,analyze the approach,factors,evaluation and promotion of enterprise project management ability building.This paper uses the theory of project management,mainly adopts the methods of empirical analysis,combined with qualitative analysis method,quantitative analysis method and comparative analysis method to carry out research work.First of all,this paper introduces the research background and significance,research content and methods,puts forward the main conclusions and innovation points,explains the project management and related theory,and lays a theoretical foundation for the construction of enterprise project management capacity.Introduce the background and current situation of capacity building of project management in A Company,A Company project management systems,processes and information technology development process is introduced,the proposed project management experience to share and accumulation and sublimation,and the lack of the guidance of the theory of project management,restrict the development of project management of A Company and other problems.Secondly,the key factors of project management capacity building,from the three aspects of project management system and the system construction,key business process analysis and project management information system building,study on the key factors of the formation process,analysis the intrinsic link between the key factors.It is pointed out that the three key factors are the general path of enterprise project management ability building,and the project management ability is reflected in the project execution effect.Again,in order to assess the project implementation effect,proposed the establishment of evaluation system of EPC projects,the formation of evaluation model,quantitative indicators using project management information system data accumulated rich project evaluation model.That is the project evaluation results reflect changes in the capacity of project management,inspection and supervision,in order to achieve the assessment to promote the construction of the project evaluation,final implementation to put forward constructive suggestions for improving the project management ability.Finally,the analysis of EPC project of A Company is derived using the evaluation module and to quantify the cost index for example to verify the evaluation results,sum up the promotion of elements to improve the ability of project management of a company,put forward the further recommendations for improvement,formed the conclusion: Construction project management system,the key business process analysis,project management information system construction is to enhance the ability of project management of key work and the construction of the path;project evaluation is means of inspection and project management capability of the enterprises should be objective and quantitative evaluation index increased.This paper has some significance to produce the best practice of Enterprise Project Management,and to establish the competitive advantage of the enterprises in our country. |
