The21st century is the era of rapid development of knowledge-based economy, new technology, new knowledge with each passing day, the knowledge to speed up replacement must be continuous re-training and re-education of talent, in order to continuously update their knowledge to meet the needs of social development.During the "12th Five-Year ZSC Company optimal adjustment to speed up institutional mechanisms to enhance the management level of the critical period, in particular the the ZSC company so long by the impact of the planned economic system, relatively extensive management of the nuclear industry enterprises must rely on the development of productive forces, enhance research and innovation capacity. The innovation lies in class workforce training, that is, to achieve the innovation of the workforce. Approach innovative workforce, training is the most common, the most effective, most economic measures. However, due to long-term institutional mechanisms, the ZSC company training too focused on the employees’basic skills training, training is relatively backward single, far can not meet the needs of rapid development of the company.This paper aims to study the subject of training management. This article is a research-based corporate training management theory and conducted in-depth analysis and research, with a focus on the ZSC company’s employee training management status, and pointed out that the ZSC company training management in the presence of the problems on this basis, and in a targeted manner proposed building ZSC corporate training management system guiding ideas, namely the establishment of a performance-oriented employee training management system. Concluded that the establishment of performance-oriented employee training management system safeguards.ZSC company is a representative of the state-owned nuclear industry enterprises, to conduct an in-depth study of this is in the development phase of the training management, enterprise employee training management system to provide an alternative for similar industries or in the same stage of development of nuclear the reform of industrial enterprises to provide a reference, also can be used as a case of domestic corporate staff training supplement.
