Study On Logistics Export Service Chain Construction For Company A

With the rapid development of economics, social division of labor is becoming more and more definite, and service out-resourcing is becoming a trend. Although products’ supply chain is a studying hot spot in academic circles, but more and more attention is surely to service supply chain.The construction of service supply chain is a basic problem in supply chain management studying. Companies construct logistics service supply chain in order to improve their logistics distribution service level, and to better meet customers’needs. They must effectively construct and design themselves’logistics service chain, because of the fierce competition and continuously extended scale of companies. Reasonable and effective design of logistics service chain has effective effect in reducing logistic cost、improving operating benefits、changing customers’ service level、developing integral superiority and improving operating effect.This paper studies different influencing factors and following rules in designing by analyzing general characteristics in logistics service chain, systematically analyzed constructing process, and proposes a more reasonable designing model which is convenient in management. Finally we take Refrigerator Business Division of A company as an example, to analyze the current situation of export logistics management, and points out the necessity and urgency of export logistics management; Synthetically analyzes the whole export logistics process of A company from production line、 loading、transfer and being transported to destination port, and proposes an optimized project in export logistics service chain of A company combing previous construction model.
