Logistics service supply chain is product supply chain management application development in the logistics industry, which management idea is defined the integrated logistics service provider as the core enterprise to effective integration of social logistics supply and demand side resources,and timely make the reasonable configuration of logistics service resources, actively promote the development model of the logistics industry transformation and upgrading. In the current logistics market environment, about logistics service supply chain theoretical research and practical application is still in the initial stage, which architecture system structure and business processes is based on the core enterprise integration of social logistics resources, in the face of the upstream supply chain of many identical or heterogeneous capabilities of suppliers make the reasonable task allocation is particularly important. Article regarding this as the starting point, specific to the logistics capability demand of customer for research on the order distribution of functional enterprise.Firstly, according to the logistics service supply chain relevant literature, on the basis of its structure, ability collaborate and task assignments related content, summed up the essence of logistics service supply chain, put forward the view based on the capacity synergy, determine to apply the modern information service platform integrated logistics service provider by dominant, function enterprises and demand side with the structural of the system, and for the node enterprise logistics service capability features in logistics service supply chain and functional vendor management to analyzes. Secondly, based on the assumptions of integrated logistics service provider does not have the basic logistics service ability to study the task allocation of functional suppliers, for the core business designed the configuration process of logistics service demand orders, for which a period of time integrate pooled customer demand orders to economic feasibility analysis, assigned to a suitable function performs the appropriate logistics service. Finally, according to the functional suppliers satisfaction, participation, capacity level and capability matching and other factors, construct the multi-target task allocation model of single, more logistics capabilities demand, application of TOPSIS to optimization the decision model, and to corresponding numerical example, analysis the task allocation influence of functional supplier participation and capacity preference in the model.The innovation of this paper is to build a structural system of logistics service supply chain, and introducing supplier participation, ability level and other factors have improved the task assignment model, by means of numerical analysis found that supplier participation significantly affect the cost of service and overall satisfaction; without taking into account the degree of match between kinds of abilities, functional supplier for a strong preference of logistics services category will obtain more tasks assigned amount.
