Research On The Selection And Task Allocation Of Functional Logistics Suppliers In Logistics Service Supply Chain

We analyze the definition and structures oflogistics service supply chain. Then we discuss the necessity and principles toconstruct logistics service supply chain. Furthermore we give the necessity and maincontent of supplier management in logistics service supply chain.In the construction process of logistics service supply chain, the logistics servicesupplier selection and evaluation is discussed in this paper. The supplier selectionprinciples and processes in logistics service supply chain is given firstly. Then weestablish the logistics service provider evaluation index system and propose thesupplier selection model based on the hybrid numerical decision-making informationto choose the right partners into the supplier management system, considering thecharacteristics of logistics service supplier selection. Furthermore example analysisshows that the proposed model is scientific and effective.In the operation process of logistics service supply chain, the task allocation problem is discussed in this paper. The processes of supplier task allocation in logisticsservice supply chain is given firstly. Then we establish the task allocation model,considering the logistics costs of logistics service integrator, the service quality andsatisfaction of logistics providers. Furthermore examples analysis show that theproposed model is scientific and effective.
