A Study On The Selection Of Functional Suppliers Based On Service Supply Chain

With further development of the social division of labor, service outsourcing has become a new trend, and service supply chain (SSC) attracts more and more attention after product supply chain. It provide a good way for 3PL enterprises who are the core partners in SSC to itegrate the service resources, which could provide a full range of logistics services which includs integrated logistics services, customized services and efficient information processing. The 3PLs in China, compared to their foreign rivals, they are still at a relatively low integrated level. With the liberalization of the logistics industry since 2005, China's 3PL enterprises face tremendous competitive pressure. It is urgent for them to find a faster, more secure way to grow up.By applying the SSC theory to the 3PL's operation management, the thesis proposes an operation model of 3PL enterprise on e-commerce platform. In the model referred above, the functional logistics supplier selection is very important, the thesis divides the decision-making progress into two steps, the functional supplier partner selection in the construction of LSSC and the fuctional supplier selection and task allocation during the logistics project implementation process. In the first step of supplier selection, the thesis proposed an AHP-TOPSIS method to select the potential suppliers, and the right one will be absorbed by supplier database. In the second step, the thesis rasied a Nearest-neighbor Method to retrieve the P high similar suppliers to the benchmarking supplier from the supplier database, and then proposed a multi-objective stochastic programming to identify the final suppliers and task allocation.Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used to construct the supplier seletion model. The model is in line with the decision-making process and practice, and it satisifies the needs of automation, so it has great practice significance. The study also goes a small step in the LSSC theory and proposed an operation mode for 3PL based on SSC, which offers a quick and cheap way to grow stronger.
