With the continuous improvement of people’s living standard,the demand for agricultural products is increasing,and make agricultural products logistics demand gradually increase.As a booster for promoting farmers’ income and rural development,the agricultural products logistics is an important part of national economy.However,the current agricultural products logistics companies in China are small in size,loose controlled and in disorder,they can’t effectively integrate the decentralized agricultural products logistics resources,and they can’t provide highquality agricultural products logistics service neither.The introduce of agricultural products logistics service supply chain can effectively solve this problem,by integrating the agricultural products logistics resources of various node enterprises in supply chain,it can provide personalized and customized agricultural products logistics service for customers.Notably,the comprehensive ability of agricultural products logistics service suppliers have an important impact on logistics service level and supply chain stability,and the logistics task allocation is closely related to customers’ satisfaction and suppliers’ logistics resources utilization.Thus,to study the supplier selection and task allocation in agricultural products logistics service supply chain is of great significance to the healthy development of agricultural products logistics industry.This article based on the related theories of agricultural products logistics service supply chain,using literature analysis,mathematical modeling,numerical simulation and other methods to study the problem of supplier selection and task allocation in agricultural products logistics service supply chain.The main research content and contribution include the following three aspects:(1)Research on the agricultural products logistics service supplier selectionThis article addressed the problem of agricultural products logistics service supplier selection,on the basis of clearly the principles for constituting evaluation index system,starting from four dimensions,including logistics service quality,logistics service capacities,logistics technical level and enterprise risk level,built the evaluation index system of agricultural products logistics service supplier.Then the combination weights formula of analytic hierarchy process + variable precision rough set was used to calculate each evaluation index’s weight.After that,different agricultural products logistics service supplier’s comprehensive score was calculated for selecting the qualified ones to enter task allocation.Finally,the effectiveness of supplier selection method in this article was verified with specific example.(2)Research on agricultural products logistics task allocation without discountThis article addressed the problem of agricultural products logistics task allocation without discount,combined the characteristics of agricultural products logistics,and didn’t consider the price discount provided by suppliers,constructed task allocation model based on single logistics capacity demand,multiple logistics capacity demand,multiple logistics capacity demand with exactly matched,multiple logistics capacity demand without exactly matched respectively.Then the model solution algorithm NSGA-II was selected.Finally,the effectiveness of the models built in this section were verified with specific example.(3)Research on agricultural products logistics task allocation with discountOn the basis of the research on agricultural products logistics task allocation without discount,the price discount provided by suppliers was considered,then also constructed task allocation model based on single logistics capacity demand,multiple logistics capacity demand,multiple logistics capacity demand with exactly matched,multiple logistics capacity demand without exactly matched respectively.After that,the NSGA-II algorithm was also selected,and the effectiveness of the models built in this section were verified with specific example.Finally,combined with the task allocation plans without discount,the influence of price discount,uncertain demand and matching coefficient on different task allocation plans were discussed. |
