Optimization Research On Production Planning Of A Company

Manufacturing is the foundation of a nation.The competition of economic globalization is increased significantly at any time,so the traditional manufacturing industry,especially the small and medium-sized enterprises are facing serious challenges,which badly need to transform from the production mode of relying on low labour costs,a large number of resources consumption,serious environmental pollution and mass production of low value-added products in the past to the high value-added production mode of taking the customer as the center,the technology innovation and management innovation as the impetus,many varieties and small batch as the main production mode.These changes make the model of enterprise production plan face a new challenge,so the enterprise must make reasonable production plan and guarantee the quality of products,meanwhile shorten the production cycle significantly and quickly corresponding to the fast changing demand of market,in order to survival and develop in the fierce competition link.In this paper,the tool production enterprise A is taken as the research object,and the production process of the production plan is carefully analyzed and optimized researched.According to the production mode and product structure of A,it is analyzed the disadvantages of current production plan management,and put forward the optimization idea accordingly.The optimization contents is mainly reflected in three aspects.First,apply the TOC constraint theory to recognition the capacity bottlenecks in the process of production and use DBR to establish the production rhythm,bottleneck buffering and pull production plan to maximize production capacity.Second,apply the network plan technique,put the bottleneck process as the center to set up production plan and optimize the resources and the delivery date to ensure that orders can be delivered to customers on time.Third,in order to ensure the optimization scheme can be effectively used in enterprise A,a set of production scheduling software system for enterprise A is designed and developed,and a series of on-site implementation safeguard measures are proposed.
