The Research On The Application Of The Production Planning And Controlling Based On LP-ERP Model In The SME

As one of Chinese small and medium enterprises, the Company Y’s businessdemand rapidly grow in recent years, but the corresponding contradiction betweenbackward production management mode and the overall low level of value streambecomes increasingly obvious. In a grim situation, the Company Y with extensiveproduction and the way they operate in the past is unable to resist the pressure ofpowerful rivals. How to convert the extensive manufacturing operations is particularlyimportant.This thesis mainly seizes the opportunity of Company Y that imported leanproduction using lean production management tools, and to absorb the ERPproduction planning advantages in creating a suitable Company Y’s uniquemanufacturing operation mode-LP-ERP model, to improve Company Y’s capabilitiesof adapt changes in market demand, and to improve the management of SMEs inChina pointed out the directionThis thesis uses case studies, practical examples for Y’s creatively put forwardthe LP-ERP model has certain guiding significance for the practice, the thesis isseparated as six parts. The first part of the introduction mainly describes thebackground, purpose and significance of this study, as well as research status for thisproblem. The second and third section describes the theoretical basis of LP-ERPmodel, which is introduced mainly from two aspects of the pull and push. The fourthpart describes the formation of LP-ERP, and the necessity and feasibility. The fifthparts introduce problems and solutions of the Company Y in the production andoperation, and import the LP-ERP mode. The last part is the summary of this paper.
