In fact, Effective staff training is the process to build a comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises and improve enterprise performance. With the continuous development of the social economy, Staff Training is becoming increasingly important. As an important part of China’s tertiary industry, Tourism plays a decisive role in the economic development of our country. Improving the training of tourism enterprises is an important way to help corporate preserve human capital.
