An enterprise should constantly improve the working ability and efficiency of its employees,continuously enhance its core competitiveness,and establish a perfect employee training system is its most fundamental and basic development strategy.The service industry is more important for staff training,which requires a perfect staff training system to ensure that employees can have professional knowledge required by work,especially more advanced service awareness and service attitude to satisfy consumers.China's tourism market is huge,and the quality of employees is uneven,so the research on employee training system has very important practical and theoretical significance.S tourism company is one of many tourism management companies in Xi'an,its scale and performance are in the middle level,and there are also a series of problems in the construction of the staff training system,which has a certain representativeness to the research on the optimization of the staff training system of s tourism company.First of all,based on the systematic collection and collation of relevant documents,materials and theories of staff training,this paper expounds the development process and current situation of s tourism company.The training teacher system is mainly engaged outside,supplemented by internal specialized training personnel,and the training software and hardware support system is constantly improved.In order to further understand and analyze the training effect of s tourism company's employees.In this paper,kirkpart's four-level evaluation model is used to analyze the effect of s-tourism company's staff training.It is found that the training effect of s-tourism company is still poor from the perspective of reaction level;from the perspective of learning level,the staff's mastery of knowledge and training content is insufficient;from the Perspective of behavior level,the staff's work attitude and work after training From the result level,the performance of employees after training is not significantly improved.On the whole,the training effect of S tourism company is poor.The main problems existing in the current staff training system of S tourism company are the serious mismatch between the staff training needs and the actual training content,and the lack of understanding of the staff training needs;the staff training method is single,mainly focused on teaching,with poor interaction;weak staff training instructor team,improper selection of key training objects,poor feedback of staff training effect,slowtransformation of training results,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the optimization path of s tourism company's staff training system,which mainly includes in-depth understanding of the training needs of employees and customers,enriching the training methods,improving the training system and supervision mechanism,optimizing the lecturer team and curriculum system,etc.
