Study On The Staff Training Management Process Of GX Group Based On Enterprise Development Strategy

In today's era of market competition, human resources has become to the powerful weapon which can obtain the lasting competitive advantage and maintain the sustainable development. In order to obtain the survival and the development in the competition, the enterprise must insist humanist, pay great attention to the recommend and the development of human resources, take staff training as a strategic question in the enterprise development, design and implement the staff training which have a closely relationship with the enterprise development strategy.The GX Group carried on the system reform, converting the idea, innovation mechanism from 2008, but there also have many problems in staff training which seriously restricted to realize the strategic objectives. The main line of this paper is giving questions,analyzing problems and solving the problems. The Paper includes five parts, the first chapter points out the significance and the research goal, carries on the analysis to the domestic and foreign staff training management theory and also indications the innovation and shortages in this thesis; analyzed the relationship between the enterprise strategy and the staff training, pointed out the requirements and principles when the company carry out the staff training. In this part, the author talked about the difference between in traditional training and strategic orientation training; analyzed the problems in GX Group by questionnaire, on the basis, designed the staff training management process system based on the development strategy of GX Group, including training needs analysis, training program development and implementation, training effectiveness assessment and protection. The author hoped that the training system can give the human resources protection for achieving the development strategy.Strategic training is one kind of strategic idea, which emphasis the organic synthesis of enterprise training system and the enterprise development strategy, and provided the support to enterprise development. This passage has a positive reference and guidance not only for the GX Group, but also for other domestic enterprises's staff training.
