More and more companies are realizing the importance of the talent pool and taking advantage of the "high salary" to pick up talent.But the talent team construction,besides the high salary and the recruitment,the training is also important link.From the perspective of human resources management in the organization,first,training can help employees improve their professional skills and grow rapidly.Second,training is a way to motivate employees to have a sense of belonging and organizational commitment,thus reducing brain drain and enhancing team stability.From the perspective of client-enterprise interaction from outside the organization,training enables employees to provide higher level skills and more attentive service level,thus increasing customer satisfaction and enhancing customer loyalty.The banking sector is in the service sector,which is a high exposure industry.In the theoretical category of service marketing,enterprises should make internal marketing and treat employees as the first customers of enterprises,and strengthening their training is of particular importance.As a national policy bank,compared with commercial banks,NF bank has a certain gap in human resources allocation and personnel training.As a financial personnel of NF bank,it needs professional knowledge and skills in guiding counter service,calculating business performance and preventing financial risks.Therefore,it needs to work hard in the training of financial personnel of NF bank.In this context,this paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction;the second part is the theoreticalbasis,which fully studies the domestic and foreign theories;the third part is the status quo of the training of financial personnel of NF bank,introduces its basic situation,and analyses its training status and existing problems;the fouth part is the evaluation of the training effect of financial personnel of NF bank;the fifth part is the improvement strategy of NF bank financial staff;the sixth part is the conclusion.this article according to the theory of human resource management and employee training theory as the basis,using literature analysis,case analysis,experiment and questionnaire survey on the current NF bank employee training present situation has carried on the detailed elaboration,and through training design and training management,obtain first-hand information and data of NF bank staff training,and then to the current problems existing in the training of also carried on the thorough analysis,and combining with the current NF bank's overall development goals,to continuously optimize NF bank employee training,finally promote the overall performance of NF Banks,in a certain advantage in future competition.(1)NF bank'straining can significantly improve employee satisfaction;(2)NF bank'semployee training can significantly improve enterprise performance;(3)Training management should also be optimized and adjusted to enhance training effectiveness.The innovation of this article lies in the human resources management theory and internal marketing theory combined with NF bank financial personnel's own actual need,through the NF bank financial staff degree of satisfaction and the relationship between training and in-depth investigation,comprehensive combing NF bank financial personnel training problems,analyze causes and corrective actions.
