| As a kind of clean reproducible energy,hydropower can be developed at the highest level in China at present.As we all known,most of the hydropower stations are built in the Midwest of China,where there are lots of mountain canyon and has a complex natural geological conditions.Besides,natural disasters occurs frequently.In such a complicated circumstance,it is very important for the hydropower enterprises to master efficient capability to self-rescue and electric power emergency repair under burst natural disasters.Timeliness and urgency of emergency rescue is more prominent under burst natural disasters,but the current emergency supplies dispatching is unreasonable,leading to response delay and uneven distribution of supplies,finally result in increased disaster losses.Therefore,how to efficiently and rationally carry out emergency supplies dispatch is an urgent problem to be solved by hydropower enterprises.Then,this paper analyzes the status of the emergency supplies dispatching of hydropower enterprises and the related research,conducts research on the emergency supplies dispatching of hydropower enterprises under sudden natural disasters.The main contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,the status of the emergency supplies dispatching and its problems in the hydropower enterprises are analyzed,and the characteristics of the emergency supplies dispatching of the hydropower enterprises are analyzed.On this basis,the research ideas of this paper are put forward.Through the research on the emergency supplies dispatching process,overall plan for enterprise emergency supplies dispatching is put forward.Secondly,the two-stage emergency supplies dispatching model of hydropower enterprises under sudden natural disaster is constructed.On the basis of the study,the first stage takes the road restriction constraints into account under the insufficient supply of supplies,constructs the life relief supplies dispatching model with the shortest response time and the minimum value of the supplies satisfying the condition.In the second stage,this paper constructs the electric power supplies dispatching model with the shortest response time and the minimum scheduling cost.Then,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the model and the algorithm type,the Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO)algorithm is proposed for solving the emergency supplies dispatching model,by which produces a good efficacy about fast convergence,better results and robustness.At the same time,a mutation factor is introduced to improve the efficiency of standard PSO to avoid falling into local optimum,at last,paper establishes the process of solving emergency supplies dispatching model of Hydropower Enterprises.Finally,taking emergency rescue materials dispatching of K Hydropower Company under the rainstorm debris flow for research object,the thesis verify the effectiveness of the double-stage decision-making model of emergency supplies dispatching.In order to improve the response time of emergency rescue,and enhance the fairness of material distribution in the affected areas.So,eventually improve the efficiency of the emergency decision-making. |
