Based on BRP knowledge, take NOPC warehouse problem as example, the paper raised the method of BRP so as to improve effectiveness and service quality. the paper analyzed the warehouse process and find the strategy and confirm the effectiveness after implementation of BRP.Firstly it develops the background and meaning of this paper, and describes the development history of the theory upon warehouse management internationally and locally, and introduces the research and frame. And then introduces the theory upon warehouse management and Business Process Re-engineering, including concept, content, principle and method of warehouse management, and concept, steps, method, principles and difficulties of BPR. It describes the warehouse management in NOPC, analyzes the warehouse process via Fishbone, and finds root cause of lower effectiveness of warehouse management in NOPC. It implements warehouse BRP based on theory in Chapter two and reality analyzed in Chapter three. Finally it makes conclusion, and points out the deficiency.
