In this thesis, we use the business process reengineering on the basis of comprehensive investigation on the warehouse operation of HLD Clothing Co., Ltd., and the warehouse department and related logistics of HLD Clothing Co., ltd.. The purpose is to strengthen the internal logistics of the company to control the ability to improve the warehouse department work efficiency, reduce the operating costs of enterprises, so that the entire enterprise into a highly efficient operation.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the background, purpose and significance of the research, and describes the research methods and ideas. Also combined with domestic and foreign many professional business process reengineering (BPR) research results were analyzed. Secondly, in the analysis of HLD Clothing Co., Ltd. warehouse business status, analysis of the company’s internal personnel structure, operation process, warehouse management and other related logistics links, after the enterprise logistics efficiency, improve enterprise logistics efficiency, improve enterprise development space, the use of business process reengineering (BPR) theory to the relevant process of the new configuration, warehouse equipment has a new configuration, the logistics operation has a new standard, the division of labor between enterprises more clear, enterprise logistics more efficient and accurate. Finally, the effect of the warehouse business process reengineering scheme is evaluated. |
