Business Process Management is a very important part of modernenterprise management system. A good process management system will letenterprises closer to the market, which will improve enterprise’s processefficiency, service quality and finally increase customer satisfaction. On theother hand, a weak business process management will directly lead to lowresponse to current market and operating environment changes. After that, this article come up with a detail corporate diagnose report whichproposed several potential improvement solutions.Finally, this article delivered an improvement roadmap for F Company.Short term roadmap: Fixing current system directly base on the problem wefound in research progress. Corrected the problem and optimized currentprocess management system in1year. Middle term roadmap: Adjusted thestructure of business process management system in terms of adding anotheraid-feedback system, improving IT infrastructure and optimizing ITinterface. Long term roadmap: trigger the transformation from function-oriented organization to process-oriented enterprise to meet the needs ofbusiness improvement in the coming future.
