Study On Enterprise Credit Regulatory System Of Ji’an City Administration For Industry And Commerce Management System

Social credit system is comprised by government credit, enterprise credit and personal credit. Enterprise credit, among these credits, is the most basic content. The construction of enterprise credit is the basic method to rectify and specified the order of the market economy. The administrative department, as a department of supervision and administration on market, has the duty to strengthen enterprise’s credit construction, create a good market environment, promote transaction security, and maintain legal rights and interests of the operators and consumers. There are many achievements on the enterprise credit management analysis and research at home and abroad. These results have many shortcomings, however, due to their wider research field and little particular research on enterprise credit management of function orientation for the industrial and commercial administration management. There are seldom, in particular, specific expounds on how China should establish the enterprise credit management system, who should be the duty on constructing the enterprise credit system and what position should be in enterprise credit management system for the department of industry and commerce administrative management. There is very important realistic significance for the administrative department industry and commerce to explore enterprise credit supervision system that is operational and suitable for China’s national conditions.This article utilizes the research material on enterprise credit supervision data through the literature and the government network. Thus, the relevant administrative department of Ji’an city for industry and commerce can analyze and synthesize the advantage of other researchers or organization to construct the system for the enterprise credit supervision situation.Based on the above research, this paper can obtain the following conclusions and innovation points:On one hand, in research perspective, this paper discusses the administrative authority for industry and commerce in the enterprise credit management system of the construction of function, which can not only provide a theoretical reference for the practice of the system to the internal enterprise credit management system, but also provide the theory reference for the government function orientation. On the other hand, in the research on the content, both foreign enterprise credit management and the industry and commerce administration for the current enterprise credit management system are studied to acquire systematic, comprehensive and operable system.
