Human resources as the positive power for the social development，received extremelyfocus during the social development. Aligning and developing the human resources becomea trend，so it is significant to review the human resources，build a foundation for protecting，developing and utilizing the human resources.Based on this kind of background，this articlewill research the human resource management system of LG CNS China.This article includes four parts，the beginning two parts are to introduce the backgroundand theoretical basis，based on various domestic and foreign literature，state the origin anddevelopment of human resources management system，figure out the human resourcemanagement common problems in the Korean company，address the importance of humanresource management for organization development. A lot of theoretical study provides atheoretical basis for the research of LG CNS China Human Resources managementsystem.The last two chapter are working on analyzing the issues and root causes LG CNShuman resources，provide the improvement proposal for the problems and human resourcesmanagement system based on the related theory.
