With the deepening of economic globalization trend and the increasing ofinvestment&trade liberalization, international industrial transference graduallybecame the important way for countries to participate in international division oflabor and harvest the global economy income. Japan as an economic power andactivists of international industrial transference, both the size and number of itsoverseas transference are on top level of the world. It has accumulated manyexperiences and lessons about international industrial transference which can belearned by other countries or districts. Japan’s international environment anddomestic environment have made great changes since the new century. The newround of international industrial transference has new trends and characteristics.China as a country geographically adjacent to Japan, not only similar to Japan in thepolitics, culture and environment, but also the economic trajectory. Therefore, tolearn and analyze the new characteristics and the impacts of the new round ofinternational industrial transference and grasp Japan’s economic developmenttendency in time, provide service for our country’s international industrialtransference is very necessary.This article first combined with the new international and domestic background,divided Japanese international industry transference since the new century intofour main stages, namely the slow recovery stage, growth stage, a new recessionstage and swelling stage. By reviewing the history of each stage, combined withrelevant theory, summary the new features of Japanese international industrialtransference in the way of transfer location, transfer structure and the way oftransference, and further analyze the reason why Japan’s international industrialtransfer has new characteristics from the macro and micro two aspects.Next, to analyze the impact of the new round of international industrial transference onJapanese economy and world economy. In terms of impact on Japanese economy,mainly analyzed the positive impact of international industrial transference topromote domestic industrial structure adjustment, the employment structure upgradeand negative impact of international industrial transference to aggravate "hollowingout" and "competitive trap". In terms of the impact on world economy, mainlyanalyzed the positive impact of international industrial transference to promote theinternational industrial division of labor further expand and deepen and negativeimpact of international industrial transference to intensify the world economicimbalances. Finally, I’ll analysis the current situation of our country ‘s internationalindustrial transference, through comparison to find out the shortcomings of Chineseinternational industrial transference, in order to find relevant revelation fromJapanese international industrial transference.Now for the research of international industrial transference of Japan, most stayin the analysis of the past and present situation description. This paper will analyzeand summary the background、 new characteristics and impacts of Japaneseinternational industrial transference since the new century combined with Japaneseeconomic development and the latest data in order to grasp the newest trend ofinternational industry transference in Japan, and provide the necessary reference forour country’s international industrial transfer in a timely manner. But due to thelimited time and space, this paper analyzed Japanese international industrytransference since the new century mainly from the perspective of multinationalcompanies, the way of international industry transfer involved are mainly composedof international direct investment, for the rest of the three industrial transfer modedid not do in-depth research.
